Rapid prototyping has “upset” the world of design and production of prototypes and articles in general thanks to the advent of 3D printers.
In a very short time, the technological evolution of these new printers has allowed to reach costs and times of realization much lower and cheaper than in the past.
Among the services offered by our company is the production of prototypes and production of real items made with 3D printers. The main use is to create prototypes of products that will then have to be made with other materials but also simple design ideas that need before a prototype made of plastic material.
Inside we have the HP 3D printer. A technological jewel, a unique product on the market and able to create very complex and colorful components.
We are therefore able to produce prototypes very quickly, test them and reproduce them in series within a few hours.
We can color your product with a wide range of RAL colors. But, more importantly, what we produce is characterized by an excellent surface quality of the material. The material used for the prints is PA12 or also called Nylon 12.
